Payment Methods:
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. Payment must be made in full before or upon delivery.
3. Delivery

Service Area:
We deliver to Colombo and surrounding areas. If your location is outside our coverage, we will notify you before processing your order. -
Delivery Times:
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, supply issues). -
Delivery Acceptance:
You or an authorized recipient must be available to accept delivery. If no one is available, re-delivery fees may apply.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns:
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. -
Bottle Returns:
All empty bottles remain the property of Aqua Swift and must be returned upon refill or as agreed. Lost or damaged bottles may incur replacement fees.

Our bottled water and dispensers are intended for personal or commercial consumption. Products should be used and stored according to any instructions provided.
6. Account & Information
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities under your account.
